The perfect transition dress does exist. This dress is 80% rayon and 20% nylon and feels like a super lightweight linen. The scallop edges feel like a crochet material. Please note that the top is double material but may still need some pasties for coverage. The bottom part is fully lined. Ties in the back and has pockets. You could easily adjust the tie and wear a blazer over it with boots for fall!
