Sale items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE
Please reach out to us at email@example.com to start the process. Due to quick sell through on items you must reach out within 5 days of receiving your product to receive a refund. If items are received without you first emailing they will be denied.
You will have 14 days from delivery to return your item to us. Shipping is at the cost of the buyer. Please be sure to use a trackable method of shipping. First class or priority mail is cheapest and provides a tracking number through our app to ensure that both of us are covered if it goes missing.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached, free of smells and in sellable condition. If we receive an item that does not meet these conditions your item will be returned to you. Please be sure to use care when sending items back so that they do not get destroyed through USPS.
Once your return is processed you will receive an email showing that the item has been refunded.
Full refunds will be returned to the original method of payment only.
Flash sale and promotional sale items are for store credit only. You will receive a one time use credit in the amount that you payed for the item to use on another item of your choice. Your code will be emailed to you once processed.
